Every non-profit organization needs a retention strategy to ensure that their best people remain with them for years to come. KCI offers a wide range of training opportunities from single workshops to custom-designed solutions. We also provide an intensive 12 to 18 month leadership training program geared towards hospital foundations and universities.

The curriculum for both the leadership training and workshops encompasses fundraising and team development. We provide your staff with the skills to help them work with volunteers, budgeting, stewardship and communications as well as time and project management skills.
