We'll compare your message, image, reach and frequency with your key competitors, including interviewing key stakeholders about their perspectives on your brand image in the marketplace and how it compares with your competitors.
Communications planning for major fundraising initiatives For organizations embarking on significant fundraising initiatives or launching comprehensive campaigns, KCI consultants will interview internal and external key stakeholders, with a view to developing a recommended case statement that positions the campaign and communicates the key priorities. The plan will identify the key "story" that will provide context to why the campaign is necessary, and identify how the priorities will be packaged. Next, the plan will communicate what you need to do to successfully to communicate the messages to key internal and external stakeholders.
