John Tory
Back in 2002, John Tory, then President and CEO of Rogers Cable Inc. served as guest speaker at a Leaders in Philanthropy breakfast held in Toronto. Named Volunteer of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals earlier that year, Mr. Tory spoke about the need for more targeted recruitment and retention strategies to help augment Canada's declining volunteer base.
